Hudson City Schools Beautification Project

Curt Van Blarcum is well known to our club as a well respected resource in the Hudson Community.  He will describe the work he has intiated with the schools to develop a model campus.  From Forest Fridays with kindergarteners to the pollinator gardens we built with his guidance  (2021-Ellsworth Hill and 2022-East Hill) to the Sycamore trees (2023) that were rescused from the former Brandywine Golf Course and found a new home at East Woods, The Sycamore project was funded by the Hudson Garden Cub.  Our schools are becoming beautiful--one tree, one perennial at a time.
