UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Originally built by the Scouts and Rotary, our treasured log cabin is in considerable disrepair. This restoration project will ensure that an important historic landmark continues to enhance the Hudson Green and provide a traditional meeting place for scouting and for the next one hundred years.
For close to a century, Scout meetings have been held once a week in the log cabin, supplemented by community-oriented activities throughout the year. Over 125 Eagle Scouts have emanated from this cabin, setting a high standard for future generations of Hudson youth.
The Rotary Club of Hudson, the Hudson Heritage Association, and Hudson Scout Troop 321 have launched a $200,000 fundraising campaign to renovate the 90 year old log cabin on West Village Green.
This restoration project will ensure that an important historic landmark continues to enhance the Hudson Green and provide a traditional meeting place for scouting for the next one hundred years.
