City Manager Thom Sheridan
The State of the City and Project Updates

Thom Sheridan holds a Civil Enginerering Degree (P.E & P.S) from Youngstown State University.  He has been employed by the City of Hudson as a city engineer since February, 2008.  He assumed the duties of Assistant City Manager for Professional Services in January, 2017 and currently serves as City Manager.  Since January 6, 1958, the City of Hudson has operated under the Mayor-Council-Manager form of government. This form of government combines the political leadership of elected officials with the managerial experience of an appointed administrator. The Mayor and City Council comprise the representative branch and are elected by the voters. The City’s chief executive and administrative officer is the City Manager, who is appointed by the council to serve at its pleasure.
