If you are considering the Rotary Club of Hudson, you might like to know some of the following:

Your friends and neighbors who are Rotarians feel they get as much from the organization as they give. Although we meet for breakfast each week, we are much more than a "breakfast club". Although we are eager to build better friendships, we are much more than a "social club". We appreciate your interest in Rotary and welcome your visiting us and joining in the fellowship and service to the community of Hudson.

To join the Rotary Club of Hudson you will need to:

  1. Be sponsored by a current member
  2. Attend three meetings as a guest, to meet members and demonstrate your interest.
  3. Be published as a candidate in two of our weekly bulletins, allowing members to comment
  4. Receive an approval by the Board of Directors

Member Financial Obligations:

  1. Dues - initiation is $125. Dues are $125 per quarter (includes breakfast). Dues cover both local, district and national and there are no additional assessments.
  2. Additional Obligations - for our two annual fund-raising projects members are asked to a) either sell 5 doz. roses or contribute $75 toward our holiday Rose Sale (benefits our scholarship fund) and b) either buy 2 tickets @ $75/ea. for our Auction or sell 2 tickets @ $75/ea.

Member Service Obligations:

  1. Each member is expected to actively serve on at least one of our projects/activities.
  2. Each member is expected to assist fellow members throughout the year on various projects/activities on an as needed basis.

Beyond the financial and service obligations, we believe that by attending our weekly meetings, you will enjoy excellent programs featuring speakers with a wide variety of expertise, and that your ultimate involvement will be rewarded with the real satisfaction of fellowship and service.
